We stayed just one night at Lavender Hotel Hanoi during a short visit to the city. The rooms are small — very small, in fact— but beautifully decorated and spotless. The bathroom was modern and elegant, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful....
Staff were great for the duration of our stay, attentive and friendly service. Rooms were clean and had no issues. Location is central to a lot of landmarks, ones further out are a short bike ride away. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again
